Black Tooth Transport, LLC provides freight transportation services including but not limited to regional hauling, dedicated route support, and expedited delivery. Specific deliverables will be outlined in your service agreement or quote.
Payment terms are net-30 unless otherwise specified. Additional third-party costs (e.g., tolls, accessorial fees, or special handling fees) are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Client agrees to provide accurate pickup and delivery information, load details, and any special handling requirements required to perform the services. Delays in providing required details may impact delivery timelines.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Payment for services rendered up to the termination date will remain due.
